These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products in the online shop of OÄKI Craft Studio (www.oaki.es). By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

2. Products

OÄKI Craft Studio makes handcrafted lamps woven by hand with 100% natural threads. Each piece is handwoven and no two are the same; there may be small variations compared with the catalogue images, inherent to the handmade nature of the product.

Prices shown in the shop include VAT and are expressed in euros (EUR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

3. Ordering Process

  1. Add the products to your cart and go to the basket.
  2. Enter your shipping details and select the payment method.
  3. Review the order summary and confirm the purchase.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email at the address you have given us.

The sales contract is concluded when OÄKI Craft Studio confirms receipt of the order and payment.

4. Custom Orders

OÄKI offers a handcrafted customisation service: the customer chooses the structure, the frame colour and up to three thread colours, and OÄKI creates the most elegant combination possible. Each custom order is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece.

  • The making time for custom orders is 10–20 working days, separate from shipping times.
  • Once work on the custom order has begun, the specifications cannot be changed.
  • Customised products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Art. 103.c of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU). See our Returns Policy.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) — processed by Stripe
  • PayPal

Payment is made when the order is confirmed. All payments are secure and encrypted.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and conditions are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are approximate; OÄKI Craft Studio is not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure.

7. Legal Guarantee

All products come with the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771 and the TRLGDCU. If you receive a faulty product or one that does not match your order, contact us at info@oaki.es within 2 months of noticing the defect.

8. Limitation of Liability

OÄKI Craft Studio shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from the use of the products, except in the cases provided for by applicable law.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you can use the EU online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our email address for this purpose is info@oaki.es.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute that cannot be settled amicably, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's place of residence.

10. Changes

OÄKI Craft Studio reserves the right to change these terms at any time. The terms in force at the time of the order are those that apply to that transaction.
