About us

The place where light is born.

It all starts with a thread. Not with a machine, not with a mould, but with a thread and two hands that know exactly what they are building. In the OÄKI workshop every lamp is woven by hand, at the pace only handcraft allows. We work exclusively with natural materials: cotton, jute, kraft paper, paper wire. Materials with an origin, a texture and honesty. No two pieces are the same. Every knot, every turn of thread, every finish is the result of a process that cannot be rushed. What leaves the workshop is not a product — it is an object with its own character.

This is how we understand light.

OÄKI was born from a shared restlessness, not from a business plan, not from a trend, but from a group of people who are passionate about interior design and who one day decided to do something with that passion instead of just admiring it. We are a team. People with their own lives and their own jobs, who find in OÄKI a space to create something different: one-of-a-kind pieces that bring warmth to the spaces of those who choose them. We are not a factory. We are not a big brand. We are people who make lamps by hand because we believe the world has enough soulless objects and very few with a soul.

OÄKI could have been born anywhere in the world. It was born in Navarre.

This is OÄKI.

If you are looking for a piece that is exactly yours — in size, in colour, in material — you are in the right place. There is no endless stock here. There is real craftsmanship, made to last and to stand out.

Create your lamp

Materials that matter, decisions that last

Every OÄKI lamp is the result of a conscious choice: 100% natural threads selected for their origin, their strength and their ability to age with dignity. No plastics. No artificial blends.

Our metal frames come from Spanish companies, because supporting the local economy and guaranteeing real quality isn't marketing, it's consistency.

Our lamps aren't meant to be temporary. They're meant to stay with you for years.
