1. Making Times
All OÄKI Craft Studio lamps are woven by hand. Before working out the delivery time, please bear in mind the following making times:

The making time is separate from the carrier's transit time. Total delivery time = making time + transit.

Which lamps count as large
For shipping purposes, the Kai, Koo, Manga, Tama and Tipu are large, because they travel in the biggest box. The rest of the catalogue falls under the small and medium rate. The exact amount is always shown in the cart before you complete your purchase.
3. Countries We Ship to in Europe
We ship at a fixed rate to these eleven countries:
Austria · Belgium · Denmark · France · Germany · Greece · Ireland · Italy · Luxembourg · Netherlands · Sweden
Plus Spain and mainland Portugal, which have their own rates in the table above.
Can't see your country on the list? We still ship to the rest of the world; we just work out the price individually according to the model and the destination. Write to us at info@oaki.es and we will let you know within 24 hours.
4. Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
These destinations are outside the customs and tax territory of the European Union. The rate covers transport, but every shipment must go through customs and, on delivery, IGIC (Canary Islands) or IPSI (Ceuta and Melilla) may be charged, plus the carrier's handling fees. These amounts are set by the authorities, not by OÄKI, and are paid by the customer. We cannot calculate or advance them.
5. Carrier
We work with Correos and other trusted carriers depending on the destination and availability. All shipments are tracked and require a signature on delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email so you can track it at all times.
6. Packaging
Each lamp is carefully packed to protect its natural threads in transit. We use recycled materials whenever possible, in line with our sustainability values.
7. Shipping Problems
If your order arrives damaged or you do not receive it within the estimated time:
- Photograph the damage before opening the packaging.
- Contact us at info@oaki.es within 48 hours of delivery.
- For orders not received, write to us from the day after the estimated delivery date.
We will deal with the issue with the carrier and offer you a solution — reshipment or refund — as soon as possible.
8. Delivery Address
Please check the delivery address carefully before confirming your order. OÄKI Craft Studio is not responsible for failed or lost deliveries due to incorrect details provided by the customer.
